Allroom

Delete your Allroom data

Allroom is made by Devcode Ltd. The app has no account, so there's no account for you to delete — but here's how to remove each kind of data the app and its services may hold, depending on what you've used.

Data on your device

Your paired TV list, pairing keys, rooms, scenes, and settings are stored only on your phone. You can delete all of it at any time by uninstalling the app, or by going to Android Settings > Apps > Allroom > Storage > Clear storage.

Usage statistics and crash reports

If "Share usage & crash info" is on (Settings > Privacy), we receive anonymous usage statistics and crash reports through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (both Google services). Turning this setting off in the app stops any further collection — turning it off also deletes any crash reports still waiting on your device to be sent. Google keeps Crashlytics data for 90 days before starting to remove it from its live and backup systems.

To request deletion of usage or crash data already sent to us, email [email protected] with the subject "Allroom data deletion". We process deletion requests within 30 days.

"Report a problem" submissions

If you've used Settings > "Report a problem" to send us a diagnostic report, you can request its deletion the same way: email [email protected] with the subject "Allroom data deletion".

Purchases

If you bought the optional Allroom Pro upgrade, records of that purchase are kept by Google Play, and by RevenueCat (our purchase-verification processor), for as long as required for purchases and refunds. To request deletion on our side, email [email protected] with the subject "Allroom data deletion". Your Google Play purchase history itself is managed in your own Google account, separately from us.

No account to delete

Allroom does not have user accounts — there is no sign-in and no account for us to delete.
